Vinification: white-wine vinification, soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Appearance and sensory characteristics: An elegant wine of a bright yellow hue with greenish reflections and a delicately subtle aromatic fragrance. Intense and balanced flavour.
